What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, and the details of your repair. The form is handled by Formspree, which passes your message to us by email.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and carry out the repair you ask for. We don't sell your details or send marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 12 months unless you become a customer.

Your devices and data

While your device is with us we only access what the repair needs. If we make a temporary backup of your files, it is wiped once the device is returned to you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
