Why Dormouse Device
Fixing electronics started as a hobby. Taking things apart to see how they work, working out why they'd stopped, and getting them going again. Laptops, PCs, consoles, and plenty of things in between.
Dormouse Device turns that into a proper service: careful, honest repairs for the tech people rely on at home, without the high-street prices or the jargon.
You'll get plain-English updates, an estimate before any work starts, and you only pay for the time your repair actually takes. If I can't fix it, you don't pay. Your files stay private: I only access what the repair needs.
- Hands-on IT and repair experience
